[plt-scheme] Problem with cvs

No, the NEU machine that supported anonymous CVS has changed.
Unfortunately, PLT uses a DNS configuration separate from 
the university's.  I believe that Shriram has updated the PLT 
DNS entry for the machine, but the change may not have propagated.

In the meantime, you can use the IP address 129.10.116.45.
