If there are people with small (Internet) pipes who want copies of the SICP video lectures on CD or DVD... perhaps there are well-equipped and motivated volunteers who could burn and mail copies on CD-R or DVD-/+R for just the cost of blanks and postage. (This is easy for me to suggest, since I myself have neither large pipe nor reliable burner at the moment.)
