[plt-scheme] mxmain.dll not valid windows image

Hello,

I installed PLT 203 from binary on Windows 2000.
The myspage and myssink dll's weren't included so
I downloaded the latest MysterX.  When I installed MysterX,
I got the error

  mxmain.dll is not a valid windows image

myspage and myssink are now in the registry.

Any hints?
