Hmmmm...I'm not sure what the problem is.  Is there
anything printed in the Mz/DrScheme console?  You
could try copying the conf pages from the default
web-server collection (which is somewhere like
$PLTCOLLECTS/web-server).  They might display some
more information about the error.
