[plt-scheme] Scheme Promotion in Universities

In my endless efforts to promote scheme everywhere I go, I decided to 
propose a Scheme course to my university. (They don't teach scheme 
except a course that describes many MANY computer languages and even 
then they just deal with it for about one per cent of the time...)

I was wonderring: what do you think I should propose?
I thought of a course that deals with how Scheme makes complex things 
simple, like building a telnet server / client (about 20-25 lines) or a 
windows program with graphics and stuff.
Also, I understand some of you are teachers at a university, so I ask 
you: where do you think I should go to to do such a thing?
