[plt-scheme] scheme_signal_error

Hi,

I forgot that but foo is an extension registered with scheme_add_global or scheme_add_global_symbol I don't remember (work is at home). But this is a registered primitive and I followed the rules described in the docs as much as I could.

And error is in the mzlib dll I don't remember the EIP but I don't think it would be usefull.
