[plt-scheme] Windows Installation

I need to install DrScheme in a PC with Windows XP but for security reasons I can't alter the Windows register file. I to copy the installation files from other machine and try to execute DrScheme but I get the following message:

 

standard-module-name-resolver: collection not found: "mzlib" in any of: ()

standard-module-name-resolver: collection not found: "drscheme" in any of: ()

 

[Exited]

 

What is wrong?

Are any other method to install DrScheme without writing in the Windows register file
