[plt-scheme] I want the old help desk back

I think the frames are a really bad idea for several reasons
(bookmarks, for instance -- and who needs more?).  I've had no success
arguing this on the internal mailing lists.  But maybe if enough
external people also complain ... oh wait, that would mean we actually
listen to our users.  Never mind. (-:
