[plt-scheme] tex2page problems

I'm sorry, I confused myself.  4p4k3 is distributed in both cases.  4p4k7 is the
latest.  (4p4i I must have had lying around)

Regardless, I have the \eval{} problem with the v202 distribution version and
the latest version.
