That is indeed strictly more accurate. Each document does, however
specify some functionality which has been requested by the Scheme
community to be implemented. Said functionality could be construed by
the terminologically sloppy (such as myself much of the time) as
a "feature".
Which is of course, completely disjoint from the notion of a
feature-identifier ;)
