[plt-scheme] Mild SLaTeX discomfort

Dorai Sitaram has upgraded SLaTeX to version 2.4z2.  This upgrade has 
occasioned a bit of housekeeping on the PLT side.  Those of you who use 
cvs to maintain a SLaTeX installation will notice exactly one 
difference, which is that the file `slatex.sty' is now located in 
plt/collects/slatex, rather than plt/collects/slatex/slatex-code.  This 
may require a slight change to y'all's TEXINPUTS setting.
