[plt-scheme] DrScheme under MacOS-X

Preferences don't crash for me (G4 desktop, OS-X 10.1.5), works fine.
But a problem (bug submitted) when installing a .plt library
(algol60.plt) : directory creation denied (I installed it
from the command line, ok).
