[plt-scheme] DrScheme v200 crash on Mac OS X

Ideally you would start up Help Desk (stand-alone executable, or Help
| Help Desk in DrScheme) and on its front page, click on the "Submit
Bug Report" link at the bottom-right.  If you are unable to run Help 
Desk, however, please visit
