[plt-scheme] Announce: PLT Scheme Cookbook / Schematics Guide

Two new documents are available from Schematics. They
are  the PLT Scheme Cookbook, and a guide to
Schematics.  They are both very rough but may still be
useful.  I hope the documents will grow over time with
contributions from others.  The URLs are
