the plt-scheme posts. I received only the reply to your note above...]

Quasisyntax became available in 200alpha20.

I see that it's described in the 200alpha19 documentation, though, and
that means that our documentation versioning was a little off in that
release. Those are the sort of glitches that currently hold up the v200
release...
