[plt-scheme] Quack 0.2 - some Emacs support for PLT

Quack is an Emacs package that improves Emacs' support for PLT Scheme.

Version 0.2 of Quack adds the ability to look up keywords in PLT manuals
from within Emacs.  (Put the Emacs point in a variable or form name, hit
a few particular keys, and hopefully the correct section of the correct
PLT manual will appear in your Web browser.)
