[plt-scheme] PSD with MzScheme 103

Greetings,

I am attempting to use PSD 1.2.1 with GNU Emacs 21.1
and MzScheme 103 under Windows 2000.  When I attempt
to use it I get:

Welcome to MzScheme version 103, Copyright (c) 1995-2000 PLT (Matthew Flatt)
 > psd version 1.2.1
psd-mode-initialized
 > reference to undefined identifier: psd-mk-frame
 >


I appreciate any help you can offer.
