[plt-scheme] Postgres library

Hello all,

There used to be an spgsql library for interfacing with Postgres at
www.owlnet.rice.edu/~ryanc/spgsql/, but alas that link has gone dead.
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this, and if so, how stable
is it?

I have looked into SrPersist, but I don't think ODBC will work for
this application as I have to be able to install quickly on both
Debian and Red Hat servers.  ODBC is too finicky and involves too many
packages.
