[plt-scheme] Mac PPC and Help Desk

Hello,

Very happy to have PLT scheme 201 on my Mac 9 system, as it now matches the other ones I have on other machines, but I have noticed that help desk is not working.  Is there something I am missing in the setup?  I noticed mention of using the web server now for Help Desk, and that is probably where the problem lies on my system, but I am not sure how to fix this, any help would be much appreciated, as I rely on it alot as a reference being new to scheme.
