But pnr.racket-lang.org is being flagged as unsafe in Google Chrome
and Firefox (and probably the other browsers too).  What needs to be
done to correct this?  The exact error is:

pnr.racket-lang.org uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is not valid for any server names.
