I have libtoolised SOFA:

but the single  test file I have included fails!!!   Or I am
understanding nothing... which is also possible.

  According to calculators on the Net, the Julian day number
for 2013/01/13  is 2456306;  but the  function "iauCal2jd()"
gives me 2455939.5.
