[racket-dev] Release for v5.3.2 has begun

+1, FWIW.

(I didn't have an opinion until Sam's post reminded me of the domain
name issue -- it's relatively easy to resolve, but I think that it's
an indication of an infrastructure that is not yet ready to be
released as is.)
