[racket-dev] Tweaked doc pages

BTW, resolving this should happen at the CSS level, perhaps just
reorganizing them should make it work.  But if not, then I can make it
also change the CSS to something else.

In any case, if anyone manages to get something that works, even if
you're just editing the HTMLs, I'll make the tweaking script do it.
