[racket-dev] I'd like to add a sidebar link to all documentation versions in docs.racket-lang.org.

Looks like the main change is to add a second row of links--? That
would be a good way to deal with the space (which is why I used
"Docs"). I'll try it now. Also, I put only links to the HTML docs,
anyone thinks that it's worth it to link to the PDF directory too?
(Which might be possible with the extra line.)
Re the problem of docs for the web pages, I started to sketch a quick
script that just copies the whole documentation directory of while
tweaking HTML files. If that works easily, then it should make it
possible to have the things that were suggested earlier.
