[racket-dev] Fix to module reader?

Ok, I've put it into
collects/tests/syntax/module-reader-synthetic-pos.rkt.  I don't think
it's technically "bad".  I expected to be able to pass a
"transplant-input-port"-sourced input-port to read-syntax without an
issue.
