[racket-dev] Downloading DrRacket for Mac is hard?

It's best to avoid working on anything concrete until I can write a
proper reply since there are more issues here.  (Note: this is not an
objection to an improvement, but an attempt to avoid the kind of
damage I mnetioned earlier.
