[racket-dev] Pre-Release Checklist for v5.1.1, second call

Sorry for the stupid question, but I can't seem to retrieve the tests.
Am I using the wrong command?

$ git archive --remote=git://git.racket-lang.org/plt.git release --
collects/tests | tar x
tar: collects/tests/net/websocket/script.js: Cannot open: Permission denied
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
