[racket-dev] ssh git at git.racket-lang.org requires password

I think those instructions are for committeerrss. You will probably
have a better experience overall if you go with the github mirror:

  http://github.com/plt/racket

To clone this just issue

  git clone http://github.com/plt/racket.git
