[plt-dev] how do I resolve a bug report against my PLaneT package?

You have to change your password on the planet side (even to the same
thing) and change will be propogated to trac. (We don't know your
actual passwords and the two systems use different ways of storing the
passwords, so couldn't initialize the trac site properly.)
