[plt-dev] Stackoverflow ad

I had an active SO Account, then used the same openId to sign into
meta. Then it gave me 100 points on meta for associating the two.

I could use the points bounty to hand over some points? maybe someone
could write a couple of racket questions- I'm happy to game the system
if the q's and a's are for racket.
