I don't really know what you have in mind,
but here's a couple off-the-cuff blurblets.
Hopefully others can suggest better ones.

Racket is a programming language
that is about providing you the
right tools to efficiently create
beautiful and powerful code.
If you want to create new tools,
it even provides the tools to
do that, too.
