[racket-dev] xml/eliminate-whitespace : make "choose" a keyword argument?

The xml function 'eliminate-whitespace' is nifty, but I claim that the 'choose' argument should really be an optional argument with the identity function as a default value. Are changes like this just too painful w.r.t. backward compatibility?
