[racket-dev] TeachScheme! wikipedia page update

Thanks for reminding me and for getting started.

I have made small changes to the page (de-emphasizing Scheme some more).

The real question is whether we should abandon the name TeachScheme!  
and move on. TeachRacket! comes to mind but Racketeering! and others  
are available, too.
