[racket-dev] scribble version

I saw this while running 'raco setup -l scribblings/reference'

raco setup: docs failure: string-append: expects type <string> as 2nd 
argument, given: '(#"scribble" #"doclang.rkt"); other arguments were: 
"1f9fbfaf37631a6e7547da28a271b82ef5e01aca"

I'm not sure where to fix it, I guess its some small oversight or something.
