[racket-dev] Cursor color in 4.0.99.4 on dark backgrounds

I've pushed a change to make the editor caret adapt to the current
background color when drawing. It now uses the RGB inverse of the
background color (e.g., white on black), which roughly corresponds to
the old caret's 'xor drawing mode.
