Done... on a local branch.  Issues:

1) Dorai retains the copyright on these.  Is there any problem in adding them to the core?
2) By "core", I'm assuming you mean plt/collects?
3) This seems like the right place to add a branch, but I'm getting signals from Eli that that's discouraged.
