[plt-dev] Racket-tool bugs me; are we up for another poll?

Two more points of interest from the last vote -- I did two things:

* Thinking about the 1A-1B split as something that could overall get
  it lower, I combined the 1A and 1B votes to a single 1 vote, the
  results are: (1 3 2).

* Then I dropped all 2 and 3 votes, to see which one of them is
  preferred, and the result is (1A 1B).
