It's no different than planet packages installing launchers.  Only
instead of a single namespace of stuff in your PATH, you get to
contaminate the PLT specific namespace of rico verbs.  If you'd need a
planet package with lots of its own verbs, you'd add a single verb
with its own subverbs.
