[plt-dev] why "next" on the left of "prev"

I would not want to have to move my mouse over the "prev" button to  
get to the "next" button.

I agree that the order may be unintuitive; Safari handles this problem  
by laying out the "prev"/"next" buttons to the *left* of the search  
term.  Just something to consider.
