[plt-dev] check-expect "dock" + stepper: minor bug, fix after release?

Currently, clicking the "dock" button on a check-expect error window  
that pops up during the stepper's evaluation causes the window to  
disappear.  I propose that the "dock" button be disabled or removed  
when the window pops up during stepping.
