[plt-dev] `tar', `find-files', and `fold-files'

BTW, I'm not sure that this what you're trying to do with "tar", but 
"rsync" is great for updating remote deployed Web sites from a source 
tree.  It also includes the ability to do things like exclude ".svn" dirs.
