Shriram - Around 4pm, I attempted a failover to a new server.  Everything
worked marvelously, except the dept MTA, which, for about five minutes,
was rejecting emails outright.

I put things right again, but there is a small chance that someone on
your lists may have had a post rejected.

Sorry for the instability.  It's hard to anticipate everything that
can wrong when you "go live."  I'll take another swing at it tomorrow.
Once we've successfully failed over, there should be no more
interruptions, and we'll be able to respond better to issues like
this in the future.
