[racket] Macros baffle me

A wise person observed, "any publicity is good publicity", so, on second 
thought, I suppose it would probably be bad of me to discourage the lab 
notebook of learning process.

I've invited him to the email list, and I hope he sticks with Racket for 
a while, and keeps blogging about Racket as he learns more.

I'd like to get more Haskell people contributing to the Racket 
community; they are like our smart cousins who live on the other side of 
the country, and we usually only get to see them too briefly at 
grandma's for Christmas.
