[racket] shell-completion package missing

Hi. 

I couldn't find shell-completion files for Racket where docs say they should be. I think this means they've been moved to their own package, but then the pkg.lang-racket.org doesn't find it.

Short of just ripping those off the github and sourcing from .bash_profile how does one go about installing them?
