This looks really great! I like how the margin notes slide into the
document when the window is small.

Minor bugs/nitpicks:

   The boxes in "How to Program Racket" look a bit odd now.
   Compare "good"/"bad" boxes in:

   and
     http://www.cs.utah.edu/plt/snapshots/current/doc/style/Choosing_the_Right_Construct.html

   When the window is made narrow, there's a horizontal scrollbar.
   Scrolling causes the searchbox to overlap the body text. Screenshot:

   This is on Firefox/Iceweasel 23.
