[racket] Where to learn advanced programming skills?

Is there interest in setting up a Racket-specific site to help programmers
of all levels improve there Racket skills through a mix of challenge,
cooperation and critique?

Inspirations include this list, Rosetta code, Project Euler, and
Programming Praxis, and the original C2 wiki?

Perhaps a suitable, existing wiki could be used to prototype the concept?
