[racket] Some intentation not part of 5.3.2

I started updating a module I have to use module+ and parameterize and
I found that at least for the Win32 build of 5.3.2, parameterize*, and
module+ were not set as "lambda-like keywords" and had to be manually
added. "parameterize" itself was there, though.
