[racket] Would someone prefer paredit shortcuts?

It looks like you haven't uploaded it to http://pkgs.racket-lang.org
Afterwards, users just have to install it via the GUI (in the File menu) or
via the command line with:
raco pkg install <package-name>

This will do in one step the 3 steps you mention in your README.
