[racket] Algebra system

Just in case, there is one, namely a Jacal Symbolic Math System. I never 
used it, however. It looks like it depends on slib and I guess slib 
doesn't load into Racket? I would try it myself but I'm afraid I may have 
a lack-of-time problem...
