[racket] Parameterize current-seconds?

Hi there,

Since current-seconds isn't a paramter, is there a way to parameterize it
similar to the examples of overridding the current-error-port, etc?

I can (make-parameter current-seconds) but naturally this doesn't affect
any calls to (current-seconds) that happen in that scope.
